|Recommended: YesNice place — Overall I am satisfied with everything. Moved here from out of state, and the application, deposit and move in went smoothly. But with limited garages available, the one I am renting that is an option to rent one or not is a bit of a walk to get to it. Hopefully one will become available closer soon. I have noticed that during the day 730-5pm there are plenty of parking near my building, but if I arrive after 5pm, then I may need to park several buildings away in order to find an open spot. The fitness room, pool and other amenities are well kept and in good condition. The ease of paying rent thru the portal is also good.

|Recommended: YesResponse — Staff and Maintenance, very good. Neighbors noisy, smoke cigs and weed, odor goes into my apt. Loud footsteps on metal stairways are heard. Loud trucks idle for 10-20 minutes, are extremely loud and they also take up 2 spaces. I have paid for carport parking and come home to discover people parking in my spot. 5 times this has happened

|Recommended: NoParking — The parking here is un unacceptable when you can't find parking in the evenings. I have been here for a week and return between 7 and 10 at night and can not find a parking spot anywhere. When returning home people are parked against the curbs in front of the dumpsters in front of the office basically just where ever you can find a spot. I was told that parking was also available along the street OUTSIDE of the gates. I refuse to park my vehicle along the street outside of the gated community that I pay for. This seems to be a on going problem here. Why wasn't i informed of this before renting you the office management has to know this but all seem to play dumb when asked.

Front office staff is professional and makes residents feel welcomed. Maintenance staff is top notch and reliable in every aspect. I can state unequivocally that this property is a place you can call home. It is safe and very quiet.
