|Recommended: YesOverall Impressed — I was impressed that maintenance showed up the next day and made repairs so quickly to the areas I found issues. My only complaint is the fact some of the tenants do not see the need to pick up after their dogs and their is multiple spots throughout the complex where poop is just left until it dissolves.

|Recommended: YesGreat apartments Need more parking — I love these apartments 1 month in everything has been smooth sailing. Maintenance and property staff and are very responsive and helpful. We need sooo much more parking. Only caveat of these apartments is the parking to be honest.

|Recommended: YesSPACE BUT NEEDS A LOT OF LOVE — I HAVE LIVED HERE SINCE 2018 AND HAVE SEEN VERY LITTLE COMMUNITY ENJOYMENT, CLEANLINESS, AND QUALITY OF STAFF. WHEN WE MOVED IN, THE APARTMENT COMPLEX HAD EVENTS FOR THE SEASON AND FOR ITS RESIDENTS. NOW THERE ARE NO EVENTS OR HAPPY STAFF WHEN ENTERING THE MAIN OFFICE. MAINTANCE STAFF ARE FRIENDLY BUT QUALITY OF WORK FOR FOLLOW UP NEEDS WORK. THE AREA WHERE I LIVE NEEDS LIGHTING WORK, ROCKS NEED TO SWEPT UP, PAINT IS FADING OUTSIDE, AND TRASH BINS NEED CLEANING AND MORE MAINTENANCE TO PREVENT ODOR AND OVER FLOW OF DISPOSABLE ITEMS.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to be — I enjoy the convenience of shopping centers, groceries, and gyms nearby. The exterior and interior are well kept and hardly hear anything ever going on outside.
